Step 1: Enter Safe Mode

• first disconnect your computer system from the internet

Step 2: Delete Temporary Files

• when in Safe Mode and before running a virus scan,  first deleted your temporary files

Step 3: Download Malware Scanner

• use an on-demand scanner first and then following up with a full scan by your real-time antivirus program

Step 4: Run Malwarebytes Scan

• download Malwarebytes then run it
