Do you have a youtube channel? Well, if you already have one or planning to make one, make sure that your channel are secure. You do not want anyone to wonder around on your channel and mess up your stuff especially if your are serious `about your youtube channel.   

Here are some simple tips to secure youtube channel:

  • Using a Strong Password
  • Set Up Two-Step Verification On Google
  • Avoid using the same password on other site
  • Use secure network
  • Don't share you login information
  • Always sign out

The above tips are just simple security tips, but I would recommend you to use the set up two-step verification on google, it is a must have. Using a strong password is good but hacker always constantly break the strongest password. However, if you are using the set up two-step verification on google, whenever you login into youtube from a new device you'll be sent a verification number as an SMS text or voice call. Base on the verification number that is sent, you will use that code to sign in to ensure that you’re the real you. This process will protects you against third parties trying to log in to your account, even if they have your password. If I'm not mistaken, I remember that hiway online banking also use a similar system as well.
